When the pandemic forced GE to pivot their annual user conference to a fully digital format, they needed a partner who could deliver an engaging virtual experience that matched the quality of their in-person events.
We designed and built GE Orchestrate, a digital conference platform that brought together thousands of customers for keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.

The Challenge
Recreating the conference experience in a digital world
Virtual events often fail to capture the energy and networking opportunities of in-person gatherings. We set out to change that by designing an experience that felt dynamic, engaging, and truly connected—even when attendees were scattered around the globe.

The Solution
A platform built for engagement and connection
GE Orchestrate featured live and on-demand sessions, interactive Q&A, virtual networking lounges, and personalized schedules. The platform supported thousands of concurrent users while maintaining a smooth, engaging experience throughout the multi-day event.
