Accessibility
Tiger BioSciences is a vertically integrated medical technology company specializing in cellular, acellular, and matrix-like products for wound care and aesthetic applications.
We partnered with Tiger to build a unified digital platform that scales across three specialized divisions, 17+ FDA-approved products, and international operations—with the rigor healthcare professionals demand.
The Challenge
A company that had outgrown its digital presence
Tiger BioSciences had grown rapidly through strategic acquisitions and product development. As the company expanded into new business units—Wound Care, Aesthetics, and International operations—the existing website couldn't keep pace.
Fragmented information architecture across multiple business lines. No unified product catalog or clinical documentation. Leadership and company story buried or missing entirely. Performance issues hurting user experience. Accessibility gaps creating compliance risk in healthcare contexts.
They needed a platform that could scale with the business while meeting the rigor expected in regulated medical environments.
The Approach
12 weeks from kickoff to production
We embedded with Tiger's marketing, IT, and executive teams for a 12-week engagement spanning research, design, and production deployment. The final weekend before launch, we shipped 50+ commits to ensure every detail was right.
Content-first architecture—structure the site around how clinicians and buyers actually seek information, not how the org chart looks. Modular design system—build components once, deploy across all business units. Compliance by default—WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, GDPR/CCPA consent flows, FDA-appropriate product language. Performance as a feature—eliminate friction, especially on mobile.
Discovery
Stakeholder interviews with marketing, IT, and executive teams. Competitive analysis across regenerative medicine landscape.
Architecture
Information architecture for 17+ products across three divisions. Content validation workflows for clinical claims.
Design
Visual design system balancing scientific credibility with modern aesthetics. Component library for cross-division consistency.
Build
Next.js on AWS and Google Cloud for performance, reliability, and global scale. 50+ commits in the final weekend sprint.
Leadership Platform
Showcasing 150+ years of combined executive experience
One of the major deliverables was a dynamic leadership section that brings Tiger's executive team to life. Healthcare professionals want to know who stands behind the products they recommend to patients.
We built individual profile pages for all 10 executives, each with structured content blocks for bios, achievements, career timelines, and areas of expertise. Department-based filtering lets visitors quickly find leaders by function—Executive, Corporate, Operations, Finance, or Business Units.
Featured Co-CEOs

Department Filtering
Filter by Executive Leadership, Corporate, Operations, Finance, or Business Units
Individual Profiles
Dynamic pages with bio, quote, achievements, expertise, timeline, and optional publications
Placeholder System
Graceful handling of missing photography so content can go live while assets are finalized
Product Catalog
Wound Care catalog expanded from 4 to 10 products
The Wound Care division needed a complete overhaul. We expanded the product catalog from 4 items to 10, each with clinical capability sections, FDA reference documentation, and improved search and filtering.
Healthcare professionals can now find products by indication, tissue type, or application method. Every product page surfaces key specifications immediately while making detailed clinical evidence accessible for those who need it.

Technical Delivery
Built for performance, accessibility, and compliance
The platform runs on Next.js deployed to AWS and Google Cloud—chosen for reliability, global performance, and enterprise-grade security. Healthcare organizations need infrastructure they can trust.
We achieved WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance across the entire site, critical for healthcare contexts where accessibility isn't optional. Bundle size was reduced by 15% through code optimization, and we removed blocking loaders for instant page rendering.
WCAG 2.1 AA
Full accessibility compliance verified across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Screen reader tested.
15% Smaller
Bundle size reduced through code optimization, tree shaking, and lazy loading of non-critical components.
Instant Render
Removed blocking homepage loader. Pages render immediately, reducing bounce rate and improving perceived performance.
GDPR/CCPA
Privacy-first analytics with compliant cookie consent flows. Google Analytics configured for consent mode.
Design System
A visual language that builds trust
Healthcare professionals are trained to be skeptical. They need to trust the products they recommend to patients, and that trust starts with how a brand presents itself.
Clean typography with the custom ABC Arizona Sans family. Generous whitespace. A restrained color palette that communicates precision. Sophisticated motion design and high-quality imagery that elevates Tiger above competitors relying on generic medical stock.
Clarity
Information hierarchy that guides users to what they need. Complex medical information presented in digestible formats without oversimplification.
Credibility
Visual language that reflects scientific rigor. Every design decision reinforces Tiger's position as a trusted partner in patient care.
Consistency
Unified experience across all touchpoints. From product pages to clinical resources, every interaction feels connected.
