A key part of the digital transformation undertaken at Allergan Aesthetics over the past five years has been recruiting talent, particularly technical talent. We created A-DL to engage top tier talent that didn’t see the home of Botox as a FANG equivalent. The result was a huge uplift in candidate numbers and quality that scaled the A-DL org to hundreds of people.
